Vishalinee Seeparsad

Vishalinee Seeparsad is an audit Partner in the private equity group at KPMG Luxembourg. Vishalinee has over 17 years’ experience in external auditing, of which 15 years’ experience is in the audit of funds. She has four years international experience in Mauritius and New York. Vishalinee specializes in the audit of private equity and other alternative investment asset classes and she has extensive experience in Luxembourg GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS. She leads technical matters for the Private Equity Group and is a key person in people development initiatives like training at KPMG Luxembourg. She is also actively involved in external publications on technical matters. She is a member of the Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprises (IRE) and Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
