Frédéric has over 15 years’ experience in international tax, advising private equity, real estate and debt funds with a focus on U.S, UK and continental European clients. He is involved in international tax planning in various areas including European holding, financing, distressed portfolio acquisitions, set-up of management incentive programs, set-up of AIFMs and regulated and non-regulated funds.
