Sylvain serves as the General Counsel at KPMG Luxembourg, bringing over 16 years of legal expertise to the role. Prior to joining KPMG Luxembourg, Sylvain worked at international law firms in Paris and Luxembourg, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions.
