Minh is the Chief Innovation Officer of KPMG Luxembourg and has more than 20 years' experience in the IT sector. With the evolution of technology, Minh uses strategic and tactical tools to solve operational challenges and to drive digital transformation in an organization. She believes in the importance of team collaboration as it creates and fosters the further development of an organization's mindset and culture. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Minh utilizes her skills to facilitate and manage change which helps improve customer satisfaction and business productivity.
