Every year, we organise an induction week abroad to welcome all the KPMG newcomers who have joined us throughout the year. This onboarding week usually takes place in October, the time of year when the most people join the firm. The aim of the newcomers’ induction week is to provide a great people experience by helping you to meet new people, build a network and acquire useful skills which will ease your way into your new job. This is where your KPMG journey begins!
