Frank Stoltz is a Partner in Tax at KPMG Luxembourg. In his role as our lead Partner for tax services in the financial services sector, he supports clients across the sector, including banks, insurance companies, reinsurance companies and asset managers. His areas of expertise include structuring/restructuring operations, compliance, due diligence, operational taxes (QI, FATCA, CRS) and withholding tax reclaims. Frank holds a master’s in economics with a specialization in business administration (EAP Paris, Oxford, Berlin) and speaks Luxembourgish, English, French and German.
