Paul is a Partner in Tax - Alternative Investment group at KPMG Luxembourg. With roughly 15 years of experience in international tax, he advises on the structuring of cross-border transactions and notably assists asset managers, across all asset classes, with the setup of their fund vehicles and acquisition structures in Luxembourg. Paul's geographical focus is DACH and CEE.
He holds an LL.M. master's degree in M&A from Chicago-Kent and a master's degree from the University of Paris XII. He is an inactive member of the New York, Munich and Luxembourg Bars.
