      Antoine is an Audit Partner at KPMG Luxembourg in our Private Equity practice. With more than 13 years of audit experience in Luxembourg, he has developed extensive expertise in serving both Private Equity structures and operational companies across a broad range of industries.

      Prior to joining KPMG, Antoine led audits of complex international groups, Private Equity holding structures and Luxembourg investment platforms reporting under IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP. Throughout his career, he has supported clients across the full investment lifecycle, from acquisition and structuring phases to portfolio monitoring, consolidation and exit transactions.
