Alberto is a Director in the Transaction Services team at KPMG Luxembourg, with more than 10 years of experience in transaction services and over three years of experience in audit. He assists corporate clients and private equity firms across a wide range of operations. Alberto specializes in Financial Due Diligence, purchase price mechanics definition, and SPA assistance, supporting clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle. In addition to his client-facing role, he has also contributed at a regional level as a facilitator of Transaction Services training sessions for KPMG EMEA. He holds a double degree in Business Administration and Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
