Asad Lukwago

Asad Lukwago is a Partner of KPMG East Africa. He has extensive audit experience working in East Africa and in the United Kingdom. He has a wealth of both local and international experience in Banking, Telecom, Energy and Natural Resources, Private Equity, Pension and Fund Management, Public Sector Development and in Consumer and Industrial Markets.

In learning and development, Asad has led several staff development programs having held direct responsibility for all internal technical trainings in the past. Additionally, he has led a number of public trainings to the financial markets locally and internationally on various technical aspects.

Asad holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Makerere University Business School and a Masters Degree in Wealth Management from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments of the United Kingdom (“UK”). He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
