About the program


Open to undergraduates in their third or fouth or graduated within the last one year. Our internship and/or attachment program is a 3–8 week full-time KPMG internship, where you will gain real-world experience and help you decide if you would like to grow your career with us after you graduate.

At the end of the Program, you will have gained experience and skills that will equip you in your career journery.  


Here is what you need to know:

  • The program is a short term opportunity for three months with a structured learning pathway for continuing students and recent graduates.
  • The work we do is diverse, so we look for people from a broad range of degree disciplines, skills, abilities, and backgrounds to represent the communities we work with.
  • Choose from a range of career pathways to suit your skills and interests. From audit and accounting to technology and engineering or tax and regulatory services. 
  • You’ll join a multi-disciplinary team and work with diverse clients to help them solve complex issues that will stretch your thinking and challenge you everyday.
  •  Internships will be available in East Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda).

Applicants minimum requirements

Tanzania

  • Age: 21-26 years
  • University Requirements: Second Class Upper or GPA of 3.5 and above
  • Must be a 3rd or 4th year Student or graduated within the last one year
  • High School Grade: Minimum of division 2 at O’ level, with minimum of B in CSSE with B in English and Maths

Rwanda

  • Age: 21-26 years
  • University Requirements: Second Class Upper or Cumulative average of 70% and above
  • Must be a 3rd or 4th year Student or graduated within the last one year
  • High School Grade: Minimum of B in the principal subjects of Senior Secondary School / A2 certificate

Kenya

  • Age: 21-26 years
  • University Requirements: Second Upper or GPA equivalent of 3.0 and above
  • Must be a 3rd or 4th year Student or graduated within the last one year
  • High School Grade: Minimum of B with B in English and Maths

Uganda

  • Age: 21-26 years
  • University Requirements: Second Class Upper or CGPA of 4.0 and above
  • Must be a 3rd or 4th year Student or graduated within the last one year
  • High School Grade: Credits in English and Maths and a minimum of 14 Points

  • Audit / Accounting, Payroll & Outsourced Services (APOS) / Deal Advisory/Finance/Tax
    • 1.Degree in a business related field.
    • 2.Accounting certification is an added advantage.
