Guy joined the firm in 1991 as an intern in the professional practice department and was appointed as a partner in 1998. As from 1999, Guy manages the technology practice in charge of providing the firm’s services to companies in the sector. Since 2003, Guy was appointed managing partner of the Haifa branch which has a staff of 70 employees. As such, Guy is responsible for providing professional services to companies located in the north of Israel. Guy has extensive professional experience in companies in the technology, energy, industrial, Transportation and communication industries and he has headed some of the largest and most complex audit engagements of our firm including accompanying prospectuses and public offerings in Israel, the USA and the far east. Guy has experience in Israeli, US and international accounting principles, as well as investment encouragement laws and government incentives. Furthermore, for more than 20 years Guy is a senior lecturer in financial accounting courses at academic institutions.
