Danny joined the firm in 1999 and was appointed Partner in 2006. He currently leads the Professional Practice Department and heads the Accounting Advisory practice at KPMG Israel.
Danny has extensive experience in supporting public companies in Israel and abroad with ongoing reporting and capital market transactions, including IPOs. He advises companies reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, and Israeli accounting standards. He has supported Israel’s leading companies in equity and debt offerings and also advises government-owned companies. In addition, Danny teaches in the Department of Accounting at Tel Aviv University, is a member of the professional committee of the Israeli Accounting Standards Board, a member of the Accounting Principles Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, a member of the Professional Council of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, and a member of the liaison committee between the Bank of Israel and the external auditors of banks.
