Ofer joined the firm in 2004 and currently serves as a partner in the Technology and Venture Capital department. He has extensive experience advising venture capital funds and public companies, with a particular focus on technology companies, the defense industry, and companies listed on stock exchanges in the US and Israel.
Ofer has broad experience advising companies on rapid growth, IPOs, and acquisitions, as well as business model development, stock-based compensation, strategic partnerships, acquisition accounting, due diligence, licensing arrangements, and strategic risk management.
