Hagit joined the firm in 1997 and has served as a partner in the industrial and retail sector for over a decade.
She leads the firm’s healthcare sector and serves as a senior advisor to health insurance funds and a wide range of healthcare institutions. Her work includes leading IPOs in Israel and abroad, capital raising processes, and major acquisition transactions, as well as advising on cross-organizational initiatives.
Hagit has extensive experience supporting companies in periodic reporting, SOX compliance, and representing companies before the Israel Securities Authority and tax authorities, as well as in complex material transactions.
