      Eli joined the firm as a Partner in the Tax department in 2006 after approximately 14 years at the Israel Tax Authority, where he held various positions, including Assessing Officer and Senior Director of the Assessment and Audit Division.

      In his role at the firm, he serves as Co-Head of the Israeli Tax Department and is involved in a wide range of tax areas, including financial services and capital markets, holding and investment companies, non-profits, industry and retail, real estate, and infrastructure and energy companies. Eli advises large, medium, and small companies—both private and public—as well as holding companies, real-sector companies, and individuals. His work covers all aspects of taxation, including voluntary disclosure, advisory on complex tax issues (including civil tax aspects in criminal cases), transaction support, tax assessment discussions, advance rulings, restructurings, and individual taxation.

      In addition, Eli is a senior lecturer in taxation in the Department of Accounting at Tel Aviv University and at the Interdisciplinary Center, and is the author of academic textbooks in the field of taxation.
