Yoav heads the Business Advisory Division and also serves as Head of Deal Advisory. He has extensive experience in conducting financial due diligence, structuring transactions, and performing valuations, along with in-depth knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and management consulting. He also serves as a court-appointed expert in disputes.
Yoav has advised companies in the retail sector and non-profit organizations on financial matters and has conducted complex valuations across various industries. He has provided advisory services in the context of due diligence processes, including matters related to off-balance sheet liabilities, proper inventory treatment, and the analysis of expected returns from capital-intensive investments.
