Hai joined the firm in 2008 and was appointed Partner in 2015. His primary specialization is in serving public and private companies in the real estate and renewable energy sectors, as well as real estate and infrastructure funds. He also supports IPO processes for private companies in these fields. Hai has extensive experience advising companies in income-producing real estate, residential development and urban renewal, renewable energy companies, as well as contractors and conventional power plants.
