Oren joined the firm in 1997 and currently serves as the Partner in charge of the Internal Audit and Risk Management department. His areas of responsibility include providing advisory services to clients in enterprise risk management, internal audit, internal control, compliance and enforcement, as well as sustainability and environmental reporting.
Oren led the development of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) practice within the Israeli firm and is responsible for managing ERM implementation projects across sectors such as telecommunications, industry, retail, and more.
As part of ERM projects, Oren has advised company management and boards of leading companies in Israel. His advisory work includes guiding organizations on appropriate implementation approaches, required adjustments during implementation, pre-project planning, project initiation, risk mapping, defining risk rankings and relevant criteria, conducting brainstorming sessions to identify risks comprehensively and effectively, analyzing risk ratings from an overall organizational perspective, designing risk maps, presenting existing risk frameworks alongside mitigation actions, and assisting in developing solutions for key risks defined by the organization.
