Dodi is a Principal in the Strategy and Change Department, a project manager in the areas of strategy, planning, and organization for over 20 years. He has gained extensive experience in leading and managing numerous projects in the government, public, municipal, and private sectors and is an expert in the areas of planning, measurement, and control, in leading national programs and inter-ministerial teams, in policy planning, and in implementing innovation, and in supporting managers in leading change processes.
Dodi completed his service in the Air Force with the rank of Colonel. In his last position, he was Head of the Planning, Quality, and Resources Department.
