Ella has over 13 years of experience in the field of strategic planning and serves as Head of the Strategy & Change Department at KPMG Israel. She has extensive experience in strategic consulting, including leading large-scale transformation and organizational assessment processes for both government and business entities.
Her work includes, among other things, mapping and analyzing existing organizational structures, core work processes, defining IT systems, and designing tailored organizational structures. In addition, Ella has gained significant experience in managing innovation processes, digital strategy, and supporting organizations throughout implementation phases.
She has led numerous strategic consulting projects, including:
• Developing an economic strategic plan for the Tel Aviv Municipality
• A strategic plan for Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov)
• Formulating strategy and branch-level work plans for the National Insurance Institute
• And many other organizations
