The IT Enabled Transformation (ITET) team assists organizations in leveraging technology across platforms and environments to address specific objectives and help achieve business goals.

What you will do:

  • Implement SAP systems from end-to-end in your respective SAP area for clients.
  • Provide SAP application maintenance services in your respective SAP area for clients.
  • Execute day-to-day client engagements, including analyzing and documenting a client’s current business processes and governance to identify gaps and potential improvements.
  • Design / redesign a client’s business processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of deliverables, client presentations and data-gathering sessions by contributing to the design, preparation, and analysis of reports and findings in a clear, logical, and concise manner.
  • Identify and maintain sales opportunities.
  • Qualify SAP consulting opportunities in Indonesia and take them to closure.
  • Coordinate and work with SAP consultants and peers on SAP proposals and lead the required presentation.
  • Maintain client relationships.
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with SAP in Indonesia; Be aware of SAP markets in Indonesia on a continuous basis.
  • Create and maintain relationships in the SAP Eco System.
  • Continuously upgrade yourself with the latest SAP roadmaps, technologies, and certifications.

Desired skills & experience

  • A minimum of seven years experience with three years working on the full cycle of the SAP implementation experience.
  • Experienced in providing functional and technical consulting activities to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • An educational background in a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
  • Self-motivated, passionate and results-driven.
  • Proficient in managing projects that are cross-border, multi-functional and involve complex stakeholders.
  • Intellectual mobility, inquisitiveness, and an ability to work independently; Comfortable developing answers and solutions when the client’s requirements remain unclear or change.
  • Ability to work independently and develop good relationships with management and clients.
  • The confidence to balance business developments and client delivery expectations.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
