IT Enabled Transformation - Project Management Officer (PMO) Manager

The IT Enabled Transformation (ITET) team assists organizations in leveraging technology across platforms and environments to address specific objectives and help achieve business goals. We are seeking a talented individual, who will be able to work at the highest professional standards, to join our team.

What you will do:

• Provide end-to-end advisory and overlay point-of-views and industry insights onto the research and analyses provided by the project teams, and seek to formulate innovative technology-enabled solutions to address our client's business needs (please refer to our website to know more about our services).
• For Associate, support projects by tracking and managing project management office activities.
• For Senior Associate, engage our clients in discussions, presentations, and workshops to validate technology-enabled solutions provided by the project teams, as well as perform walk-throughs of work products and deliverables with the clients.
• Met clients on a regular basis to define problem statements, analyze key priorities/issues, and work with senior team members to develop responses to client inquiries, formulate proposals, and produce point-of-view publications. 

• Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably from Financial Services industry domain, advising in one or more IT areas (spread across Project Management domains, Project Management tools implementation for 3-4 full cycles of implementation projects).
• Have knowledge of Project Management adoption for multi-sector companies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and appeal to a wide audience.
• Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth.
• Drive, tenacity, client-focused, and results-oriented.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a prerequisite to fit our short-term and long-term project assignments.
• Having a certification for PRINCE2 / PMP / PSM / Agile / Scrum is a preference for us.
