KPMG in the Crown Dependencies is delighted to welcome 34 new trainees who are beginning their professional careers with the firm this month, marking one of the largest annual intakes across its offices in Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

The new joiners will work across a range of service lines while studying towards professional qualifications, gaining hands-on experience with clients and developing the skills needed to build successful long-term careers in professional services. The trainee programme combines practical work experience with structured learning and development, reflecting KPMG's commitment to supporting the next generation of local talent.

Dermot Dempsey, Territory Lead Partner at KPMG in the Crown Dependencies, said "We are thrilled to welcome so many trainees to KPMG. Investing in people is fundamental to our long-term success and to supporting the future prosperity of the Crown Dependencies. Our trainee programme offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain professional qualifications while working alongside experienced colleagues on meaningful and varied client engagements".

KPMG's trainee programme is designed to provide a strong foundation for a career in professional services, enabling participants to earn while they learn, build valuable experience and work towards becoming qualified professionals.

"We are proud to continue creating opportunities for local people to develop rewarding careers without leaving the islands. These trainees represent the future of our business, and we look forward to supporting them as they begin their KPMG journey", added Dermot.
