Kathryn trained at one of the Big 4 and worked in the audit practice for 10 years before moving into industry and working within Group Finance functions for two TSCPs for 12 years gaining experience in Consolidations, M&A accounting, system migrations, finance integrations, transitions to IFRS, Intercompany Group transactions, rationalisation of Group Structures.

Kathryn is primarily working in the Restructuring team at KPMG in the Crown Dependencies, focussing on solvent and insolvent liquidations, receiverships in offshore jurisdictions and rationalisation of Group structures
