Maggie Richmond is a specialist in tax talent acquisition with a focus on the International Financial Centres (IFCs) Tax practice for our KPMG Islands Group member firms. She plays a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier professionals across our jurisdictions to support KPMG’s evolving global tax services.
With a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and headhunting, Maggie brings deep expertise in identifying high-calibre talent for complex, specialist tax roles. She partners closely with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to refine candidate processes, ensure balanced and high-performing teams, and deliver recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
In addition to her focus on talent acquisition, Maggie also provides Human Resources (HR) support to the Cayman tax team, as well as refining hiring workflows, and embedding inclusive practices across every stage of the candidate journey.
Originally trained as an Occupational Therapist at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Maggie brings a people-focused approach and a passion for high-quality outcomes and process development. Her background enables her to approach talent strategy with a practical and long-term perspective.
