      Freddy is a Tax Senior Manager in the Guernsey tax department, working with a focus on corporate tax compliance and local and international tax advice.

      He manages a varied portfolio of Guernsey corporate compliance with clients in a wide range of sectors, mainly consisting of regulated businesses in Guernsey including fiduciary service providers, fund administrators, private equity funds, and banks.

      Freddy has extensive experience in providing local and international tax advice in the Channel Islands and other jurisdictions. As part of corporate advisory services, he has specialised in providing economic substance advice since its introduction into domestic law; having provided advice to companies in varied circumstances to identify and resolve risks and has been successful in resolving formal enquiries from the Guernsey Revenue Service.

      Other areas in which Freddy has experience in the corporate advisory field include tax due diligence on both the buy- and sell-side with the M&A department, as well as tax planning advice in connection with corporate structuring and reorganisations.
