He has led audits for regulated banks, investment managers, and complex fund structures across Private Equity, Private Debt and Venture Capital. He works closely with global and mid-market private equity clients, supporting funds throughout their lifecycle through audit and assurance services. His experience spans complex, multi-jurisdictional structures across Jersey, the UK, Luxembourg, Europe and the US, with deep expertise in IFRS and US GAAP, advising on valuations, regulatory requirements, investor and reporting considerations globally.
