Muhammed has worked with KPMG across 3 different jurisdictions including Guernsey, Jersey and Nigeria, spending 6 years in audit before moving to the advisory team in 2022.
Prior to joining the advisory team, Muhammed spent 1.5 years with a private equity service provider where he was responsible for the administration of a portfolio of mid-capital private equity and debt fund structures.
Muhammed’s work focuses on Transaction services, primarily working on strategic deals for financial services clients on both buy-side and sell-side engagements.
