KPMG in the Crown Dependencies has proudly been the sole sponsor of the Jersey Amateur Swimming Association (JASA) since 2008, supporting swimmers, coaches and volunteers from grassroots participation through to international competition.

Our long-standing partnership helps create opportunities for Jersey athletes to develop their skills, achieve their potential and represent the Island on the national and international stage.

The sponsorship supports athlete development programmes, coaching and training opportunities, competitive events and championships, equipment purchases, and participation in major competitions such as the Island Games and Commonwealth Games. We also help reduce the costs associated with off-island competition, enabling more athletes to pursue their sporting ambitions and represent Jersey with pride.

Beyond financial support, we are proud to play an active role in celebrating the achievements of Jersey's swimming community. Our representatives regularly attend championship events and awards ceremonies, and we have welcomed JASA athletes to our offices to recognise and celebrate their successes.

The dedication, resilience and teamwork demonstrated by JASA's athletes, coaches and volunteers closely reflect KPMG's values. We are proud to support an organisation that plays such an important role in developing local talent, promoting healthy lifestyles and creating opportunities for future generations of Jersey swimmers.

JASA’s success on the International Stage

Throughout our partnership, JASA athletes have represented Jersey with distinction at the Commonwealth Games, Commonwealth Youth Games, Island Games, World Championships and other major international competitions, winning medals, breaking records and achieving success on the global stage.

Some of the association's notable achievements include:

      • 2025 Island Games, Orkney – Jersey's swimming team won 33 medals, including 13 gold, 11 silver and 9 bronze, alongside numerous records and personal bests.
      • 2025 World Junior Championships – Filip Nowacki won gold in both the 100m and 200m breaststroke, setting Championship, British age-group and European junior records.
      • 2026 Commonwealth Games, Glasgow – Filip Nowacki won silver in the 100m breaststroke and gold in the 200m breaststroke. His gold medal was Jersey's first Commonwealth Games gold in 36 years and the Island's first-ever Commonwealth swimming title.

We are incredibly proud to have supported generations of swimmers who have gone on to compete at the highest levels of the sport, helping to raise the profile of Jersey swimming and inspire future generations of athletes.
