- To enhance air cargo competitiveness, Phase 1 of Hong Kong International Airport Dongguan Logistics Park developments have been completed and planning for Phase 2 is underway
Expand International Economic and Trade Networks
- Deepening of Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA): Widen collaboration in sector such as construction, and testing and certification, as well as financial, film and television services, legal, and more, by adopting new measures for service trade liberalization between the Mainland and Hong Kong
- Investment Agreements: Engage in negotiations with countries like Bangladesh, Egypt, Peru, and Saudi Arabia to forge comprehensive investment agreements
