Tax Assistant, Accounting Tax

Office location: Ho Chi Minh City/Ha Noi

Key responsibilities:

  • Study and research relevant accounting and tax regulations
  • Assist in preparing monthly expenses reports and cash books as required
  • Perform booking of accounting entries in accounting systems
  • Assist in researching and preparing statutory statistics reports
  • Support in preparing a financial statements package i.e. General Ledgers, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cashflow Statement
  • File accounting documents
  • Assist in preparing annual accounting training materials
  • Other tasks as required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance subjects
  • Fresh or 1-year relevant experience in either external and/or internal accounting function
  • A good command of spoken and written English
  • Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth
  • Deliver quality service and value to clients
  • Must absolutely love dealing/interacting with people.
