Responsibilities:

  • Understand the service offerings, including key solutions through active participation in projects and training sessions.
  • Join the interview with clients and prepare meeting minutes to get a full understanding of their business, operations, current financial management and control status.
  • Assist with preparation, tracking and monitoring of project related documents such as Information request, Meeting request, Meeting questionnaire, etc.
  • Support team members to perform technical tasks to deliver services/products to clients with high quality and proposed time schedule.
  • Conduct compulsory internal administration works, commit to a proposed timeline to manage multiple client projects.
  • Follow the line manager’s guidance to do some translation and research from professional sources.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager/team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in auditing, banking & finance, statistics, econometrics, data, information system or related fields.
  • Having knowledge and experience in financial management, auditing, data analytics position is a plus.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written in both English and Vietnamese. 
  • A self-motivated and committed person with positive attitude, and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities.
  • Strong time management, analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Client service-oriented and accustomed to taking a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge in data analytics tools is a plus.
  • MS Office skills, preferably in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Key Solution areas:

  • Operating Model & Business Transformation (Target Operating Model (TOM) design, Organizational structure redesign & governance frameworks, Streamlined service delivery models and cross functional integration)
  • Performance Improvement & Process Re-engineering (End to end process assessments, SOP development across strategic, core, and support functions, Cost optimization and efficiency enhancement, Enterprise performance frameworks & KPIs)
  • Finance Transformation & CFO Advisory (Future ready finance operating models, MIS enhancement and real time reporting dashboards, Cash flow optimization and F&A process improvements)
  • Enterprise PMO, Control Rooms & Centers of Excellence (Design and implementation of centralized performance command centers, Portfolio level reporting models, risk escalation paths, and governance routines)

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the following position, based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities:

  • Join the interview with client and prepare meeting minutes to get full understanding of their current business operation, processes, and control status
  • Participate in preparation of reports, deliverables with guidance from line manager to a high standard and agreed deadlines
  • Assist with preparation, tracking and monitoring of project related documents such as Information request, Meeting request, Meeting questionnaire, etc.
  • Contribute to and collate case studies, proposals, best practices, and research from professional sources.
  • Conduct compulsory internal administration works, translation, initiatives, commit to proposed timeline to manage multiple client’s projects.
  • With increased experience, begin to execute defined assignments, build knowledge of the business, and deliver a high standard of own work.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance and Accounting, engineering, science, business management or related fields
  • Having knowledge and experience in Management Consulting or Real Estate and Construction F&A is a plus
  • Previous internship experience in Big 4 or other consulting firms is an added advantage
  • Excellent command of verbal and written in both English and Vietnamese
  • Motivated and committed
  • Strong time management and coordination skills
  • Client service-oriented and accustomed to taking a proactive approach
  • MS Office skills, preferably in Ms Excel, MS Power Point
  • Must be interested to pursue career in Real Estate Sector
