One-time amnesty program to address the non-compliance of export obligations

The government has introduced a one-time amnesty program to address the non-compliance of export obligations by advance authorization (AA) and export promotion capital goods (EPCG) authorization holders.

The introduction of the amnesty program will provide relief to exporters unable to fulfill export obligations against AA and EPCG, which will help in reducing litigation.
