I hereby give my explicit consent to the collection, processing, storage, and retention for the legally required retention period or for the duration necessary for the purpose of processing, of my personal data listed below—namely name, surname, title, employer information, email address, and telephone number—for the purposes of conducting communication activities, performing marketing analysis activities, conducting advertising / campaign / promotional processes, conducting marketing processes for products / services, and managing organization and events.
I further explicitly consent that, solely to the extent necessary for the realization of the above purposes and subject to the implementation of adequate and effective security and confidentiality measures in accordance with applicable legislation, my personal data may be shared with other member firms of the KPMG International network, namely KPMG Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. and KPMG Yönetim Danışmanlığı A.Ş., as well as with suppliers, private law entities from which services are obtained, domestic and international business partners (including direct and indirect affiliates), companies providing data storage, archiving, and information technology services (such as servers, hosting, software, and cloud computing providers) both in Türkiye and abroad, and with legally authorized public institutions and private entities, and that such data may be transferred abroad.
