Fatma Büyükdemirci

Fatma started her career as a tax assistant in KPMG Istanbul office in 2003. She has promoted as a partner in 2021. As a partner, she is specialized in Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) related tax services (including tax due diligence and tax structuring services). For more than 10 years, Fatma supports on a number of Tax Due Diligences for clients in a variety of sectors and a member of M&A Tax Service Line.

Fatma has involved in numerous sell and buy side due diligence projects in Turkish market. She has wide experience in working with multinational clients on tax issues related to their investments in Turkey. She also has extensive knowledge on Turkish tax legislation, Turkish double tax treaty network, international structuring schemes. She has also experienced in tax compliance services for multinational companies in different sectors.
