Graduate Recruitment Process
Our graduate recruitment process starts each year at the beginning of March, when our job postings for assistants are published on KPMG Turkey career pages and Kariyer.net. At the same time we announce our recruitment process in all university activities. We participate in university events with our top-level employees from the Audit, Tax, Advisory and Human Resources departments. Our purpose in such events is to introduce KPMG and to have successful students join the KPMG family.
The candidates who are senior or graduate students in the departments at the Faculties of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Economics and Management and who satisfy the criteria described in our assistant job posting will be invited to a video interview which is the first stage of the recruitment process. All candidates who are successful at the video interview will take an English proficiency test. The candidates who successfully complete the test will be invited to our offices in order to meet the department manager. All candidates who have been considered successful are called in for the partner interview, after completing the online personality inventory. The successful candidates will then be offered a job. The recruitment process ends in July. All of our candidates who have agreed to become a part of the KPMG family start their duties, following the orientation program which takes place in October.
Internship Recruitment Process
Our internship recruitment process starts each year at the beginning of August, when our job postings for Audit Internship are published on KPMG Turkey career pages and Kariyer.net.
The candidates who are senior or graduate students in the departments at the Faculties of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Economics and Management will be invited to a video interview which is the first stage of the recruitment process. All candidates who are successful at the video interview will take an English proficiency test. The candidates who successfully complete the test will be invited for an interview with one of the Audit managers. Finally, the candidates who are successful at the Manager interview will be offered a job and those who agree to become a part of KPMG start working as an Audit Intern on the first week of November.
The internship period at KPMG Turkey takes place between November – April. All of our interns who have proved successful following the performance evaluation performed in April are offered roles as an assistant. The candidates who take the offer continue to perform their duties as an assistant as of May.
