Tayfun Pişirir has been working as a partner responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions in the Advisory Department at KPMG Türkiye since 2011. He has a deep knowledge of M&A and the Turkish market. Tayfun has nearly 25 years of professional experience. Prior to joining KPMG Türkiye, he worked in the mergers and acquisitions department of KPMG Milan Office for 9 years, and before that he worked in Türkiye and US offices of another Big4 firm. He has international experience in industrial products, consumer products, energy, finance and retail sectors. Buy-side, sell-side due diligence and sales advisory are among his key areas of expertise.
