      Itır Akel, who is highly experienced and trained in customer experience design, business design, service and product design and strategy, design thinking methodologies, digital channel strategies and digital transformation, previously worked as a consultant and manager in the technology, strategy, digital, service and customer experience design fields at Accenture for 12 years. During this period, she was involved in every phase from strategy to execution in digital transformation programs of some of the largest customers in the finance, telecom, and consumer (B2C) sectors. Subsequently, she established and managed the Akbank Design Studio, undertook the strategy and design of digital channels, and led the implementation of various digital services and products.

      Itır Akel, who has been a corporate partner of alphaform since 2022, will join KPMG Türkiye as of October 1, 2024 and will lead our company's customer experience area.
