Established in 1995, the E50 Awards recognise the 50 most innovative and competitive local privately held companies which have contributed to Singapore’s economic development, both locally and abroad.
The 31st edition of the E50 Awards is sponsored by OCBC and supported by Enterprise Singapore, the Singapore Business Federation and the SGX Group.
Ms Chen Huifen, Editor of The Business Times, said, “We are undergoing tumultuous times and many Singapore companies will be navigating the new world order as they chart their future growth. We are looking for privately-owned firms that are fast-growing, innovative and thriving. Use the E50 Awards platform as a sounding board as you are assessed by a diverse panel, or as a rallying force to encourage staff to strive for excellence. In turn, we hope that the winners we identify will inspire other entrepreneurs and businesses and contribute to Singapore's economic growth.”
Mr Chiu Wu Hong, Partner and Head of Private Enterprise at KPMG in Singapore, said, “Innovation is not just about staying ahead—it’s about building enterprises that can lead with purpose, seize opportunities and create exceptional value in an increasingly complex global environment. Geopolitical and economic uncertainties amplify the importance of bold transformation and a clear value differentiation strategy to maintain relevance and drive growth. This year, the E50 Awards will recognise businesses that exemplify forward-thinking leadership, define distinctive value propositions and actively shape Singapore’s economic future with sustainable impact.”
