Mun Wai heads our real estate practice with more than 25 years of experience in Singapore and London. She is extensively involved in the audits of listed companies across a variety of sectors, particularly real estate and hospitality, and has provided due diligence and internal audit services.

She is also actively involved in the initial public offerings (IPOs) of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and business trusts in Singapore, as well as follow-on offerings and placements.
