Barry is the Head of Capital Markets Group and has multinational and multi-locational experience in Asean countries as well as Australia, China/Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Singapore. He has advised listed companies across a wide range of industries and his main industry focus is on real estate, hospitality and financial services. Barry is extensively involved in providing initial public offering, reverse takeover and other advisory services, including providing accounting advice, performing detailed internal control and risk management process reviews. He was reporting accountant for both local and cross border businesses seeking public funding and listing on the Singapore Exchange.
