      Gerard Toh is a KPMG Partner based in Singapore, with a focus on Audit and the firm’s Risk, Advisory practice. With over 20 years of experience, he leads the firm’s Asset Management Audit Group in Singapore. Gerard has deep expertise in the asset management, banking, and healthcare sectors, having worked across both audit and advisory roles in Singapore and the UK. His portfolio includes managing complex cross-border engagements involving local and overseas operations, with a strong focus on multi-location audit coordination.

      In addition to his audit leadership, Gerard has advised both mature institutions and start-ups on finance function optimisation and outsourcing strategies, bringing practical insight to evolving business needs. He is a Practising Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and currently serves on the Banking and Finance Committee of the Institute. Externally, he contributes to the public sector as an Audit Committee Member of the Health Promotion Board.

      Over the years, Gerard has worked with a wide range of key clients, including OCBC, Northern Trust, UOB, Singapore Exchange, Eastspring Investments, Rothschild & Co, Schroders, and several global asset managers headquartered in Sweden, the UK, and the US.

      Gerard holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
