Pamela Fan is an ESG assurance and financial services audit partner with close to two decades of experience working with multinational companies and leading audits of internal controls over financial reporting and regulatory compliance for local and multinational companies. She leads the firm’s ESG Assurance practice and also chairs the Sustainability Reporting and Assurance Committee, driving initiatives across ESG matters in the firm.
Pamela is also a member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant – Sustainability and Climate Change Committee.
Pamela has led the audit engagements of international groups, reporting under Singapore IFRS, Singapore FRS, IFRS and US GAAP, audits of various public listed companies and assisted clients in their corporate restructuring and capital market activities, such as bond issuance and assistance on insurance linked securities.
She has also led sustainability engagements ranging from assurance over sustainability reports, green financing framework and sustainability-linked loans to carbon tax verification and validation of SBTi targets.
