      Alwyn Loh
      Partner, Forensic, Advisory

I am 39 this year. I graduated from Nanyang Technological University (Accountancy) and joined KPMG’s Financial Services Audit team in 2010 before moving to Consulting in 2013. My wife, Debbie, was also from KPMG and we have two daughters, aged six and three. We recently welcomed a dog to our family. My career with KPMG has taken me across regions and along the way, I’ve been fortunate to build lasting friendships – not only with colleagues but also with some of my clients. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, gym and gathering with friends over drinks.

      My working style is...
Outcome-driven, collaborative and with a little bit of fun.

In my new role I am looking forward to..
Collaborating with other functions to strengthen our positioning in the market and to deliver value to our clients. I also look forward to playing a bigger role in developing our people and their interests.

An experience outside of KPMG that shaped me is...
Climbing Mount Fuji last year. It was a powerful reminder that with consistency and hard work, anything is possible.

People at work don't know that...
I tire easily and yawn often because of Thalassemia minor, a hereditary blood disorder.

Be in Front to me means...
Having a growth mindset, being receptive to changes and always showing up.

My biggest Be in Front moment is…
Having to lead delivery, training, events and industry outreach as a first-year manager when I was seconded to the Bangkok office. It was a steep learning curve, but also the most transformative phase of my career. That experience reshaped how I approach work and business development, and taught me that growth often begins where comfort ends.

In a parallel universe, I would be working as...
An insurance agent or maybe a durian seller. I love durian so much I once (jokingly) asked my boss, Jason, if I could take a sabbatical to sell durians.

      Andrew Wee
      Partner, Audit

I'm 38 and graduated from Nanyang Technological University. I joined KPMG full-time in 2011 after completing four internships with the firm. Aside from my very first job stacking shelves at a local supermarket, my entire career has been with KPMG. A memorable chapter was my secondment to the London office from 2015 to 2017 – in Audit, not shelf-stacking!

      My working style is...
Empowering others through open communication. I believe in creating space for people to contribute, grow and thrive.

In my new role I am looking forward to..
Collaborating across functions to deliver KPMG’s value to both existing and new clients. I’m also excited about mentoring my teams and shaping an environment where people feel supported.

An experience outside of KPMG that shaped me is...
Living abroad, away from the comforts of home and family. It taught me adaptability and independence, and helped me grow both personally and professionally.

People at work don't know that...
I actually enjoy discovering new places to eat outside of work – even though I’m often seen skipping or rushing through lunch during the work day.

Be in Front to me means...
Literally being in front of people – being present and intentional in building relationships. Whether it’s casual chats over coffee, attending industry events or simply connecting with people, I see every interaction as a chance to strengthen our network in this people-centric business.

My biggest Be in Front moment is…
Saying yes to being on the Be in Front poster! Beyond that, I believe every moment is an opportunity to make an impression, to uplift someone or to do good. I try to show up each day with purpose and the right mindset.

In a parallel universe, I would be working as...
A sports card collector, trading million-dollar basketball cards. It was my childhood passion and still something I find fascinating today.

      Bekky Lim
      Partner, Corporate Transformation

I studied Accountancy at Nanyang Technological University and started my career in Accounting Advisory Services (AAS), which was a newly formed unit in 2009. It comprised of a Partner, a manager and two fresh graduates including myself. I left KPMG to join Barclays for a few years and rejoined AAS in 2018. The team has grown to include Finance Advisory Services, and it has been truly rewarding to shape and be part of its journey. I turn 38 this year and family-wise, my husband and I have been together for 17 years now, and we have a one-year-old daughter, Ruth.

      My working style is...
Being consistent, organised, outcome-focused and thinking long-term.

In my new role I am looking forward to..
Creating teams that learn and grow together to navigate change; bridging teams to deliver real results together as a firm.

An experience outside of KPMG that shaped me is...
Being brought up by my aunt who is a great role model for me (she had little education and was a woman of great grit and grace), and participating in competitive and endurance sports.

People at work don't know that...
I volunteer as a swim coach to teach foreign domestic helpers how to swim and gain water (and self) confidence.

Be in Front to me means...
Being in front of clients more, daring to experiment with technologies to improve our people’s experience and client outcomes as well as putting reservations behind me to embrace the joys of being a working mother.

My biggest Be in Front moment is…
No one particular moment, but I treasure fond memories forged during the COVID-19 years from overcoming the challenges alongside family, friends and colleagues, and seeing the positives of the human spirit shine through.

In a parallel universe, I would be working as...
A cashier at a grocer or bakery, interacting with people from all walks of life.

      Eric Taufan
      Partner, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory

I'm 39 this year and have been with KPMG since graduating from the University of British Columbia in 2008. I spent seven years in the Audit practice before transitioning to the Transaction Services team in 2015. Since then, I've had the privilege to work on some of the region's largest deals. My wife Rui Xin and I are proud parents to Lara (six) and Tobias (three). Both of them bring endless joy and keep us busy outside of work.

      My working style is...
      Hands-on, efficient, organised and collaborative.

In my new role I am looking forward to..
Win more opportunities in the telecommunications, media and technology, infrastructure, and energy and natural resources spaces, and collaborate more with colleagues across functions and regionally.

An experience outside of KPMG that shaped me is...
Living independently since my university days has taught me how to adapt quickly, stay resilient and embrace whatever life throws my way. As the saying goes, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!”

People at work don't know that...
I used to freelance as a pre-wedding photographer as a weekend side hustle many years ago.

Be in Front to me means...
Staying one step ahead, whether it's with clients, by identifying risks and opportunities they may not yet see; with our people, by creating space and support for growth; or with innovation, by embracing tech tools like AI to simplify what was once complex.

My biggest Be in Front moment is…
When I was awarded the “Mountain Mover” Advisory award in 2023. It was a testament to the time and effort I’ve invested in supporting and growing alongside my colleagues and friends at KPMG.

In a parallel universe, I would be working as...
A full-time trader. Since young, I have dabbled in all kinds of trading activities, from textbooks, cards, CDs (when they were still a thing) and IT gadgets, to accessories, stocks and options.

      Leow Sze Bing

Flexible and adaptable – I like to start with clear goals and priorities, then adjust quickly as the situation requires. I focus on communicating openly and collaborating with others, playing to each other’s strengths.

In my new role I am looking forward to..
Building on our firm’s strong foundation to deliver greater value to our clients, our people and the profession. I want to help our people see opportunities they didn’t think were possible, celebrating wins (big and small) along the way.

An experience outside of KPMG that shaped me is...
To study and live abroad in a completely new environment. Immersing myself in a new culture and environment, and making meaningful new connections, strengthened my adaptability and broadened my worldview.

People at work don't know that...
I’m a self-certified chef – friends and family keep coming back for seconds, and so far, a perfect record of zero reported cases of food poisoning.

Be in Front to me means...
Staying ahead of emerging challenges and enhancing our value delivery to our clients in a thoughtful and collaborative manner.

My biggest Be in Front moment is…
Bringing foresight by anticipating challenges ahead of time, working closely with management to plan out various workstreams in advance to help smoothen the Initial Public Offering process and reduce last-minute challenges.

In a parallel universe, I would be working as...
The regulator, writing rules instead of interpreting them.

      Lia Paris
      Partner, Private Equity, Deal Advisory

Originally from the UK, I moved to Singapore in my early teens and spent my high school years here. I returned to the UK for university and began my career in London working in Audit for three years before moving into Deal Advisory. Four years ago, my husband, Dean, and I relocated back to Singapore with our two boys, Ethan (five) and Lockie (eight).

      My working style is...
      Collaborative, supportive and results-focused.

In my new role I am looking forward to..
Collaborating with colleagues from across the firm to drive innovation, and continue to strengthen and grow our Private Equity practice.

An experience outside of KPMG that shaped me is...
Swimming with whale sharks in Mexico, despite having a fear of fish! This taught me nothing is impossible when you set your mind to it.

People at work don't know that...
I've lived in six different countries including the UK, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, Australia and Qatar. My favourite is of course Singapore!

Be in Front to me means...
Bringing a global perspective, an innovative mindset and sharp foresight to help clients identify opportunities and unlock value in their transactions.

My biggest Be in Front moment is…
Role modelling drive and resilience in my career while also maintaining balance by being a present and a supportive mum to my two young boys.

In a parallel universe, I would be working as...
A football agent to my two boys, who are football-obsessed and when not at school, can be found on a football field somewhere in Singapore...

      Priscilla Koh
      Priscilla Koh

      My working style is...
      Pretty robotic and no nonsense.

In my new role I am looking forward to..
Value-adding to KPMG and empowering my team to shine.

An experience outside of KPMG that shaped me is...
Canoeing during my college days. It taught me grit, perseverance, and to always give my 200 percent and leave it all on the field.

I spin everyday. By hook or by crook.

Be in Front to me means...
Being at the frontline with my clients, and facing their battles and struggles with them.

My biggest Be in Front moment is…
Our first BEPS webinar this year – it was the first time my boss Andy Baik and I had to face a camera instead of a live audience, and we were really nervous about the process. But the engagement with the online audience turned out very well, and we even generated new leads which led to conversions. Credits to the Clients & Markets team who supported us!

In a parallel universe, I would be working as...
The same thing. There is no hard-earned money in my dictionary because I really like what I’m doing.

      Tan Sze Han
      Partner, Audit

After graduating from Nanyang Technological University with a degree in Accountancy and a second major in Banking and Finance, I’ve spent most of my career with KPMG, specialising in the insurance sector. A short stint in an insurer’s finance team gave me valuable insights that continue to shape how I serve clients today.

In my new role I am looking forward to..
Building deeper client relationships, shaping the future of our insurance practice and mentoring the next generation of professionals to thrive in an evolving industry.

An experience outside of KPMG that shaped me is...
Not getting into the university’s accountancy programme on my first attempt was a turning point. I eventually got in through a sports appeal, which motivated me to work doubly hard and excel in university. That experience taught me that setbacks aren’t failures – they’re opportunities to grow stronger.

Above all, I’m excited to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, empowering others to grow and succeed with integrity and purpose.

An experience outside of KPMG that shaped me is...
My time in Leiden stands out. That year, away from home and everything familiar in Mumbai, was a huge learning curve – making friends from all over the world, learning to adapt and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. It definitely shaped who I am today.
