KPMG proud partner of Female Tech Engineer career program
At KPMG, we firmly believe that diversity and equality are crucial for business success. We are thrilled to partner for the fourth time with the Female Tech Engineer program, a talent initiative designed to empower female students to enter the tech industry. This program targets engineering students who are nearing the end of their studies, providing them with a unique opportunity to connect with Swedish companies, expand their professional networks and launch their careers in technology.
Valuable experience at KPMG
We are excited to host the participants of the Female Tech Engineer program at our office. During their visit, they will have the chance to engage with several of our departments that actively recruit engineers. The day will be filled with workshops, seminars and networking opportunities. The program focuses on engineering students nearing the completion of their education, offering them a unique opportunity to connect with Swedish companies, expand their networks and kick-start their careers in tech.
"By supporting female students as they transition into the tech field, we are not only helping to bridge the gender gap but also enriching the industry with diverse perspectives and innovative ideas. Increasing the representation of women in tech is not just a moral imperative; it is essential for driving creativity, enhancing problem-solving, and achieving sustainable growth", says Benedikt Magnusson, Head of Technology Transformation.
