Erika appointed EMEA Tax Advisory Rising Star

At the International Tax Review Awards, KPMG was honored with the awards for "Indirect Tax Advisory Firm of the Year in Sweden" and "Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year in Sweden." Two employees also received individual awards. Erika Roos is one of them, winning the title of "Tax Advisory Rising Star. 

How does it feel to have achieved this win?
It feels both surprising and incredibly exciting. Receiving this kind of recognition is not only flattering but also confirms that my hard work and dedication are making a real impact, providing me with additional motivation to keep striving for new goals.

What have been the keys to your success?
One key, in my opinion, is KPMG’s value of “Excellence – We never stop learning and improving.” Constantly striving to improve and develop is essential for career success. Equally important are the people you surround yourself with, such as colleagues, clients, and your network. Without the challenges, support, and encouragement from these individuals, I wouldn’t have reached where I am today.

What does this award mean to you?
The award is a validation that I am doing the right things within my professional role. I also hope it will inspire and motivate others.
