At KPMG Audit & Assurance you get the opportunity to work in different projects within auditing. We offer positions within external audit, accounting, information review linked to risks, risk assessment of the IT environment or audit advice to the public sector. Accounting Advisory Services
As a consultant within AAS, you work with advice on accounting issues for everything from small companies, associations, and foundations to large companies and IFRS groups. For example, you will help our customers with regulatory transitions, management of accounting-related risk, and external and internal training.
We are looking for you who have a university degree in accounting, it is an advantage if you have work experience in accounting or auditing linked to IFRS or Swedish regulations.
Assurance
As a consultant within Assurance, you get to work with assignments in both auditing and consulting, linked to some of Sweden's most well-known companies and organizations! Here you get the opportunity to learn a lot about companies' responsibilities and needs for internal governance and control, quality assurance of non-financial information, as well as the trust risks and current challenges that our customers face. As part of our team, you will work across departmental boundaries throughout KPMG with access to some of Sweden's sharpest specialists. You will be part of a team where competence, quality, shared responsibility, and participation are the cornerstones.
We are looking for you who have an academic degree, preferably in business administration with a focus on accounting / auditing / management, urban science, engineering, environmental scientists.
Audit Corporate
In Audit Corporate, you mainly work with auditing of large, often listed companies. As an Audit Associate, you work with number of teams with qualified employees from various business areas within KPMG. The teams you work with are tailored to meet specific requests and expectations from our customers.
We are looking for you who have an academic degree in accounting, auditing or equivalent. We are happy to see that you have an extra great interest in working with large companies.
Audit Enterprise
Within Audit Enterprise, you work with auditing for owner-managed start-ups and growth companies. For many who lead a start-up or a growth company, auditing is primarily about building trust. A qualified external audit confirms that the financial information provided by the company can be trusted, and thus guides the companies on their growth journey.
We are looking for you who have an academic degree in accounting, auditing or equivalent. We are happy to see that you have an interest in entrepreneurship.
Government Advisory Services
In the Public Sector, you work with assignments in all parts of the municipalities 'and regions' operations. We are a well-established part of KPMG and offer a very broad service portfolio to our customers. In Stockholm, there are municipal auditors and advisers at all conceivable levels and through cooperation with other departments, as well as within the country and with our colleagues abroad, we are a leading player in our niche in the market.
We are looking for you with a great interest in society and an academic education in social sciences, political science, or economics.
Audit Financial Services
As an Audit Associate in Financial Services, you work with number of teams with qualified employees from various business areas within KPMG, primarily with specialists in auditing and consulting in the financial sector.
We are looking for you who have an academic degree in accounting, auditing or equivalent. We are happy to see that you have an interest in finance, if you have experience that proves your interest, it is of course an advantage
Information Risk Management
IRM is a fast-growing area within KPMG, full of opportunities for the right candidates looking to start their career in IT audit and analytics. We work within three main areas:
- IT Audit as part of the external and internal audit
- IT Assurance assignments on cyber security, internal audit, ISO 2700, project assurance, process mining and third-party assurance via ISAE reporting.
- Data analytics as part of the audit approach or as assurance over our client’s IT environments.
We welcome candidates who have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree within informatics, information security, data science, economics or similar. You are eager to work with financial data, IT risk assessment and data analytics.
