      In the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 42/2020 of 25 March 2020, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) published Decision on amendments of the Decision on reporting on Foreign Credit Transactions (Decision). The Decision enters into force on 26 March 2020.

      In line with the Decision, during the state of the emergency caused by the disease COVID 19, forms used to report to the NBS on foreign credit transactions, which are usually submitted in electronic and paper form, can be submitted only electronically.

      Documentation on foreign credit transactions can also be submitted to the NBS electronically, in pdf format, via email address izvestavanje.kpi@nbs.rs.

      NBS will confirm acceptance of such documentation electronically.

      Residents who report foreign credit transaction in such manner are obliged to submit in hard copy all documents based on which relevant forms are prepared and submitted electronically, within 10 days after the end of the state of emergency.
