      Novelties relevant for electronic input VAT recording have been published on the official electronic invoicing webpage of the Ministry of Finance (www.efaktura.gov.rs).

      Electronic input VAT recording Module

      Access to the user interface of the electronic input VAT recording module is now enabled on the user interface of DEMO version of System of Electronic Invoicing (SEF).

      Access to the application interface of the electronic input VAT recording module has been enabled, as well.

      You may find more details regarding the above mentioned changes in the documents "SEF update 3.10" and "Specification of the application interface for the electronic input VAT recording ", on this link.

      Internal Technical Manual updated

      In accordance with the abovementioned changes, the Internal Technical Manual (ITU) has also been updated and published on the website of the Ministry of Finance.

      The currently valid ITU (version as of 15.09.2024) is available on this link.
